Theme: Belonging, Diversity & Inclusion
Time: 1.5 - 3 hours
Imagine walking into your workplace every day and feeling truly accepted for who you are — your ideas, your background, your unique perspective. How would that change your experience at work? Your motivation? Your wellbeing?
This workshop offers teams a structured opportunity to explore the meaning of belonging within their workplace. Through practices such as active listening, personal reflection, and collaborative creation, participants will co-develop a "Belonging Map" that highlights shared values and individual perspectives.
