Designed for children from Reception (who have completed at least one term of school) through to Year 6, every day is packed with exciting outdoor experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence and encourage kids to try something new.

Your child's day includes:
✔ Full-day care and facilitation with a 1:9 staff-to-child ratio
✔ Drop-off between 8:30am and 8:50am for a 9am start, with collection at 5pm (late collection surcharge applies from 5:20pm)
✔ Entry to Woodhouse Adventure Park and access to onsite activities and equipment
✔ A themed adventure program every weekday, carefully designed to keep kids active, engaged and having fun outdoors
✔ A daily choice between tackling sections of our iconic Challenge Hill obstacle course or enjoying a private Tube Slide session (weather permitting)
✔ Opportunities to make new friends, learn new skills and discover just how capable they are
✔ One very good night's sleep for a tired, happy adventurer!
No two days are the same. With a range of exciting themes throughout the holidays, including returning Woodhouse favourites and brand-new adventures, there's something to spark the imagination of every child.
As an outdoor program, weather is always part of the adventure. Rain, hail or shine, our experienced team has contingency plans in place to ensure every child enjoys a safe, engaging and memorable day.

Winter 2026 School Holiday Program

TYPICAL DAY STRUCTURE:
8.30-8.50: Drop off, supervised free-time activities
8:50-9.00: Welcome talk, introductions, group allocations by age
9.00-10.30: ACTIVITY ONE
10.30-11.00: Morning Tea (BYO) - all ages together
11.00-12.30: ACTIVITY TWO
12.30-1.30: Lunch (BYO) - all ages together
1.30-3.00: ACTIVITY THREE
3.00-3.30: Afternoon Tea (BYO) - all ages together
3.30-5.00: Choice between Challenge Hill or Tube Slides (weather permitting) - all ages together
5.00: Pick up (please note late collection fee applies after 5:20pm)
Exact drop off/pick up location and additional information such as what to wear and bring will be communicated via email a week prior.
Children are generally split in age groups 5-7 and 8-12 to ensure the activities match abilities and everyone has a great time with an appropriate level of challenge. This can vary depending on the split of ages in the group, and occasionally we have three age groups.
All ages come together for lunch, morning/afternoon tea breaks and then at Tube Slide or Challenge Hill at the end of the day.
We understand increased diligence towards the health and safety of your children is paramount and would like to reassure you that across the fun-filled day, we spend very little time inside and participants do not come in to contact with any other general public here on site.
