This workshop is designed to help workplace teams identify and understand key stressors, while developing practical strategies for positive change. Set amidst the calming natural surroundings of Woodhouse, participants will also experience first-hand how nature can support mindfulness and wellbeing. You’ll explore the differences between mindfulness and meditation, and discover how adopting a growth mindset can help reduce stress and anxiety. You’ll leave feeling renewed, grounded, and empowered to create a more balanced, sustainable approach to work.
