1. Event Admission
All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.
2. Participation and Safety
Flameboree is an outdoor event that includes physical and fire-related activities. By attending, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. All attendees must follow instructions from event staff at all times. Appropriate clothing, including enclosed footwear, must be worn.
3. Supervision of Children
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children in their care at all times. Children must not be left unattended. For higher-risk activities, including the Fire Torch Procession, children aged 12 and under must be under direct adult supervision.
4. Fire Torch Procession
Participation in the Fire Torch Procession requires pre-purchase of a torch. Torches will not be available for purchase on the day. Participation is recommended for ages 8 and above. All participants must attend any required safety briefing and comply with instructions. Event staff reserve the right to refuse or remove participation if safety requirements are not met.
5. Tickets, Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law. If the organisers choose to cancel the event in the event that minimum numbers are not met, of weather conditions are deemed unsafe, ticket holders will be notified and will be offered a refund.
6. Weather Conditions
Flameboree will proceed in most weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, the event may be modified, or cancelled.
7. Merchandise and Add-ons
All merchandise and add-ons, including torches, must be pre-purchased where specified. Limited quantities are available, and availability cannot be guaranteed on the day. Instructions for collection will be provided prior to the event.
8. Behaviour and Conduct
Attendees must behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times. Dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Event staff reserve the right to remove any person from the event without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
9. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Photography and Media
By attending Flameboree, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event. Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
