WORKPLACE WELLBEING WORKSHOP | 3 HOURS
Healthy Habits
Small choices. A more connected approach to wellbeing.
Wellbeing is shaped by the small things that support us every day.

Small choices, lasting wellbeing
Wellbeing isn't about getting everything right. It is shaped by the many small things that support us each day – how we nourish and move our bodies, how we rest, who we connect with, what brings us joy and the environments we spend time in.
Healthy Habits invites participants to explore wellbeing as an interconnected ecosystem rather than a list of things we should or shouldn't be doing.
Set within the natural environment of Woodhouse, this three-hour experience creates space to pause, notice and reflect on the habits and conditions that support us to feel well, energised and connected.
What we'll explore
Six simple dimensions of everyday wellbeing, explored through practical activities, reflection and nature-based experiences.
Nourish
Exploring food, hydration and mindful eating, including the role of seasonal and local foods.
Move
Discovering ways to bring more movement into everyday life, from exercise to simply spending time outdoors.
Rest
Considering sleep, recovery, pauses and the importance of creating space to restore.
Connect
Exploring relationships, belonging, support and the role of community in our wellbeing.
Joy
Making room for play, creativity, pleasure, nature and the things that give life meaning.
Notice
Becoming more aware of body signals, emotions, stress and the patterns that shape our everyday choices.
Small changes, greater balance
Along the way, participants are invited to consider what helps us recover and adapt when life doesn't go to plan – and how small, realistic changes can help restore a sense of balance.
The Woodhouse approach
The experience is grounded in three simple connections.
Connection to Self
Noticing our body, energy, needs, habits and choices.
Connection to Others
Recognising the importance of relationships, belonging, support and shared wellbeing.
Connection to Nature
Learning from natural systems and experiencing the restorative qualities of the outdoors through sensory awareness, seasonal connection and movement in nature.
Wellbeing, not perfection
At Woodhouse, we see wellbeing as something that is relational and interconnected. Just as an ecosystem needs many elements to flourish, people thrive when the conditions around them support health, connection, rest and growth.
Healthy habits aren't about perfection. They're about creating small, sustainable conditions that help the whole person flourish.
