Relaxing Yin Yoga setup at Grounded, Woodhouse Adventure Park

A morning that isn’t about anyone else

Grounded is a small-group morning for women to slow down, breathe and get ready for summer, surrounded by the bushland of the Adelaide Hills. You don’t need any experience or a particular fitness level, and you definitely don’t need to be “arty”.

And you won’t be doing it alone. Come on your own and meet new people, or bring a friend, sister or mum and share the morning together.

What You’ll Do

A gentle, unhurried morning of nature, movement, creativity and good conversation.

Arrive & Settle

A warm welcome and a cup of tea, and a few quiet minutes to leave the to-do list at the door and check in with how you’re feeling.

Seasonal Wellbeing

Simple, practical ideas from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda: what to eat, and small daily habits to keep your energy up and stay cool through summer.

Nature Meditation

A slow, mindful walk through the bush, using your senses to notice what’s around you, followed by a guided meditation outdoors.

Morning Tea

Fresh fruit, nibbles and time to chat with the other women over a cuppa.

Creative Colour Session

Relaxed art-making with colour to explore what you’d like more of this summer. It’s about the process, not the result, so no skills needed.

Summer Yin & Closing

Gentle, floor-based yoga that releases tension and suits every body, then a short reflection so you leave with a clear intention for summer.

Is It for You?

Come along if you’re craving:

  • A proper break from the mental load and the busyness of everyday life
  • Time to breathe, slow down and reconnect with your body
  • A fresh start as we head into summer
  • Easy, welcoming connection with other women

You’ll Leave Feeling

Lighter, less weighed down by everything you’re carrying
Calmer, more settled and back in touch with yourself
Refreshed, as if you’ve had a genuine reset rather than just a morning off
Connected, to yourself, to nature and to the women around you
Clearer about what you want to carry into summer
