A little rain won’t dampen the fun! Most of our adventure activities go ahead rain or shine—we just recommend packing a full change of clothes (including shoes) and embracing the mess.  In the case of facilitated parties (Silver, Gold, Platinum), our party hosts will do their best to adjust the program to suit the conditions.

However, in the case of significant wind or rain, some activities—like Tube Slide, Laser Skirmish or Challenge Hill—may be cancelled in line with our Inclement Weather Policy (this generally applies if there’s a 50% chance of 5mm+ rain or winds over 30km/h).

We’ll make a final call the Friday prior to your party. If we need to cancel for safety reasons, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

If adults are just dropping off and picking up, there’s no charge.

However, parents or carers who plan to stay onsite during the party will need to pay a site entry fee—and we promise, once they see the kids in action, they’ll probably want to join in too!

You can pre-pay for adult entry at a discounted group rate of $17 per person prior to or upon arrival.

There are no food vendors on site, but we do sell a few campfire essentials (hello, s’mores!) and sweet treats at Reception during the fire season.

You're welcome to self-cater—BBQs are available for use, and we recommend bringing an esky (or two) to keep any perishable items cool, as we don’t have fridge or freezer access for party food.
