At Woodhouse, we know that supporting student wellbeing starts with supporting educators.
Across the year, we’re creating space for teachers, wellbeing leaders and school staff to step outside the day-to-day, connect with peers, and engage in meaningful conversations about what’s really making a difference in schools.
This series of networking events has been shaped directly by what educators have told us they need more of - time, connection, shared insight, and practical ideas that can be taken back into the classroom and staffroom.
Each session is thoughtfully designed for a specific educator group, while holding a consistent intention: to offer a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect - with nature, with others, and with the work that matters.
Held in the natural surrounds of Woodhouse, these gatherings are relaxed, purposeful, and grounded in real experience. You’ll leave feeling supported, inspired, and better equipped to continue fostering wellbeing in your school community.

Tuesday 28 July | 8am - 10am
Join fellow primary educators for a relaxed and meaningful morning of connection, conversation, and shared insight.
We know that connection is crucial for wellbeing, and we consistently hear that teachers rarely have time or space to network outside of daily demands. We hear you.
This session offers a chance to step out of the busyness, connect with peers, and explore practical ways to support staff wellbeing in schools.
Come along to connect, share, and leave with fresh ideas and renewed support to take back to your team.

Thursday 3 September | 8am - 10am
Join fellow wellbeing educators for a relaxed morning of connection, conversation, and shared learning focused on wellbeing in schools.
This session offers space to slow down, connect with peers, reflect on what is supporting staff and student wellbeing, and explore how we may further develop wellbeing opportunities for educators.
The event will include time outdoors and spring inspired wellbeing activity to support energy and wellbeing through the season.

Tuesday 13 October | 8am - 10am
Join fellow secondary educators for a relaxed and purposeful morning of connection, conversation and shared insight. We know that opportunities to network beyond the day-to-day demands are rare, and that connection is essential for wellbeing.
Come along to connect, share and leave feeling supported with fresh ideas you can take back to your team, while also giving yourself a genuine “time out” to slow down, engage in nourishing conversations, and experience a simple yet powerful mini reset.
Light breakfast, tea and coffee provided.

Thursday 12 November | 4:30pm- 6:30pm
Join us for a relaxed twilight gathering focused on educator wellbeing, connection and time in nature.
Step away from the pressure of school life to enjoy a guided bushwalk, simple mindfulness practices and space to reconnect with colleagues in a calm setting.
We’ll share insights from our work at Woodhouse and launch our 2027 Educator Wellbeing Calendar.
We’ll finish with a casual platter and a glass of wine (or tea), overlooking the natural surrounds.
Come along to connect, reflect and celebrate what's next.
